Lime soup is a traditional dish from the Yucatán province, in Mexico. It is a recipe that is the result of the crossing of two cultures. We find the Mexican culture with its spicy touch thanks to the chili so present in Mexican gastronomy, and the European culture with the acid flavor of the lime, a fruit from Europe. The union of two cultures in a single dish. Authentic fantasy.

Like many other recipes, lime soup is formed as a result of improper growth, so this dish represents this concept.
