Filling Ingredients:
- Five hundred grams of chopped almonds.
- Two hundred and seventy-five grams of sugar.

Dough:
- Three cups of flour.

Method of preparation:

Ingredients
Dough:
- Five hundred grams of flour.
- One hundred and twenty-five grams of butter.
- Two teaspoons of sugar.

- Blossom water for kneading, as desired.
Filling:
- One kilogram of almonds.
- Five hundred grams of sugar.
- Four teaspoons of butter.
- Four teaspoons of jam.
- Four teaspoons of rose water.
Method of preparation:
- Put the butter in a bowl, add the flour, salt, sugar, and stir well. Gradually add the orange blossom water to the dough, and form it into a firm dough.
- Put the water in a pot of water on the fire, and leave it until it boils, then add the almonds, and leave it until it dries, then grind it until it becomes soft, and add the jam, butter, blossom water, jam, and mastic, and stir it well, then form the deer heel, and leave it aside for a while a night.
- Put the dessert in the oven tray, pour the filling over it, put it in the oven, leave it until it turns red, and then cut it as you like.
